Working with Oak Learning Partnership, the vision was to create a set of professional, branded recruitment materials that would support both individual schools and the wider trust, helping to strengthen employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience.
We developed a series of tailored candidate packs for the trust, each designed to provide a personalised introduction to the individual school while maintaining consistency with the trust’s overall brand. Each pack begins with school-specific content, including a welcome from the Headteacher and bespoke photography, helping candidates to gain a clear sense of the school’s environment and ethos.
The packs were structured to include flexible sections for job vacancy information, allowing schools to easily update role descriptions, application details and key information for each position. This ensures that the packs can be reused across multiple recruitment campaigns while remaining relevant and up to date.
In addition to the school-specific content, we created a dedicated section focused on the academy trust, highlighting the benefits of working within Oak Learning Partnership. This included the design of a staff benefits booklet and supporting materials such as a Workload Charter poster, reinforcing the trust’s commitment to staff wellbeing and professional development.
