We have worked for school’s within the Multi-Academy Trust for a number of years, including recently rebranding St James. Following the success of these projects, we were approached to look at a Trust termly newsletter design. The Bolton and Farnworth Church of England Multi Academy Trust currently includes 3 schools. Bishop Bridgeman CE, St James CE and St Maxentius CE Primary School’s.
The newsletter design needed to create a professional identity for the Trust which would bring the identities of the 3 very different school together. The newsletter was to be sent out to parents/carers and the wider community around each school. The first issue was designed as an introduction to the Trust and it’s aims. As well as showcasing the activities of each school during the term. A new issue will then be produced each school term. Each issue will showcase a different value from the Trust on the front cover. The Trust’s values include ‘Faith’ (our chosen word for this issue) as well as ‘Hope’, ‘Trust’, ‘ Love’ and ‘Service’. Each school has their own section in the newsletter to include news articles covering the highlights at school during the past term. This term each school also advertised the up-and-coming local parish church service times.
Newsletters are an excellent form of communication to parents/carers, keeping them involved with what is going on in and around school. If you would like to find out more about our marketing services please contact us.
