Bespoke Reward Badges

Solution

We have designed a wide range of bespoke reward badges for primary schools across the UK.

For Moss Valley Primary Academy, we created a suite of School Values Badges awarded when pupils demonstrated individual values such as resilience, respect and responsibility. We also developed a special combined values badge, awarded to pupils who had demonstrated all school values throughout the year.

For Lewis Street Primary School and Christ Church CE Primary School, we created bespoke values badges designed around their individual school identities and reward systems.

Attendance badges were developed for Clarendon Road Primary School and Willow Tree Primary School, helping to recognise and celebrate positive attendance throughout the academic year.

At Lark Hill Primary School, pupils were actively involved in the creative process, designing the initial concepts which we then professionally developed into a finished badge range. This provided a fantastic opportunity for pupil voice while creating a reward scheme with genuine ownership and meaning.

We have also created bespoke reading reward badges as part of our Monster Read campaign, designed to encourage reading for pleasure and celebrate reading milestones throughout the school year. Badges are available in a variety of sizes, including 35mm and 20mm button badge formats, allowing schools to choose the most suitable option for their reward programme.
