Elms Bank in Whitefield wanted a printed and online school prospectus design. The school required a design that echoes the design of the new website and their new branding Trigger also created. We aimed for the result of giving a cohesive look to all the schools marketing materials.
We were also commissioned to capture new photography for both the main school and college. This gave us a wealth of great images to use throughout the prospectus. Design of the prospectus features full page images of the school’s fantastic facilities. Quotes are used in the prospectus from both parents and pupils. Ofsted quotes highlighting the school’s outstanding results are also used. The school prospectus design encompassed the schools aims and values. As well as safeguarding, socialist support and facilities. Extended services and a curriculum overview for both the school and college are also showcased in the prospectus. The inside back cover also features a handy pocket for inserts and letters.
Having both a printed version of the prospectus and an online version was important for the school. Once the printed version was approved and being printed Trigger created a digital prospectus. The prospectus was downloadable as a ‘turning page’ version accessed via the Elms Bank website. This is more interactive and appealing to use than a standard PDF version.
