Rebrand | Logo Design | Marketing Materials

As part of the wider King’s Academy Trust, King’s College required a rebrand to better align with the Trust’s visual identity and values. The existing logo no longer reflected the college’s ethos or its place within the Trust family of schools. The goal was to develop a new, professional identity that communicated unity with the wider Trust while still allowing the college’s individuality to shine.
Trigger Education created a new logo for King’s College featuring a bespoke illustrated tree motif – a symbol used throughout the Trust to represent growth, learning, and shared values. The design was developed with refined lines and a fresh colour palette that complemented the wider Trust branding while maintaining a distinct character for the college. The rebrand extended beyond the logo, establishing a consistent visual style with updated colours, typography, and layout principles. These refinements ensured the new identity could be applied seamlessly across digital and print materials. As part of our ongoing partnership with the King’s Academy Trust, this project continues our work delivering branding and websites for each of their schools, creating a strong and recognisable Trust-wide identity.
The rebrand successfully revitalised King’s College’s visual presence while reinforcing its place within the King’s Academy Trust. The new identity now features across all communications and materials, giving King’s College a unified and contemporary look that sits confidently alongside the wider Trust family.
