Solution

Working closely with the school, we developed three initial design concepts based on their brief, each exploring different ways to bring colour, movement and meaning into the space. The chosen design introduced dynamic coloured shapes across the walls, creating energy and visual impact throughout the hall. Bright white sporting silhouettes were incorporated along one side, paired with inspirational sporting quotes to motivate pupils during physical activity. On the opposite wall, surrounding the projector area used during assemblies, we integrated both the school values and British values into the design. This ensured the space not only looked striking but also reinforced the school’s ethos and messaging during daily use. To minimise disruption, installation was carefully scheduled during the half-term break, allowing the transformation to be completed efficiently while the school was closed.
