St Luke’s CE Primary School, part of the Thrive CE Academy Trust, approached Trigger Education to capture a complete new set of photography to accompany their new school website. The school had very few professional images available and wanted a collection that would authentically represent their community, ethos, and day-to-day life. The goal was to create a library of high-quality, natural imagery that could be used across their website and other communications.
Our team worked closely with St Luke’s to plan a full-day photoshoot that would highlight the school’s warm, inclusive, and creative atmosphere. Ahead of the session, we created a detailed plan to ensure that all key areas and activities were represented – from classroom learning and group work to playtime, and outdoor exploration. This pre-planning ensured the photography captured a complete picture of school life while minimising disruption to teaching. On the day, we focused on capturing genuine, unscripted moments, children learning, collaborating, and enjoying their time at school. Our photographers used natural light wherever possible, and we worked closely with staff to help pupils feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.

The final photography collection provides St Luke’s with a versatile suite of images that truly brings their school to life. This project not only supported the launch of the new website but also gave a valuable resource for future use in prospectuses, newsletters, and marketing materials. The results speak for themselves – a bright, authentic visual story that celebrates the school’s people, place, and purpose.
We’re always on the lookout for talented, creative minds who share our passion for design and digital solutions in the education sector. If you’re passionate about branding, web development, or education marketing and want to be part of a team that values creativity and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
