As part of the Thrive CE Academy Trust, St Luke’s CE Primary School wanted a refreshed online presence that reflected both their individual school identity and the shared visual style of the wider trust. Their existing website no longer represented the school’s character or met modern usability standards, and they wanted a platform that was clean, engaging, and easy for staff to update. Alongside the new website, they were also looking to subtly refine their existing logo to align it more closely with the Thrive trust branding, creating a sense of unity across all schools in the group.
We began by updating the school’s logo, introducing adjustments to typography, spacing, and colour to bring it in line with the trust’s family of designs while retaining St Luke’s distinctive identity. The new website was then designed and built using our latest Trigger Education CMS, providing the school team with full flexibility and control to manage their content with ease. The design follows the Thrive CE Academy Trust’s visual framework – clear, consistent, and visually connected, while incorporating bespoke touches that make St Luke’s feel personal and unique. The layout features intuitive navigation, clear presentation of key information, and an engaging homepage structure that welcomes visitors and communicates the school’s values at a glance. Our team also handled the school’s photography, capturing bright, natural imagery that brings the new site to life.
The finished website is modern, professional, and perfectly aligned with the Thrive CE Academy Trust family of schools. It delivers an improved user experience for parents and carers, provides staff with a simple and intuitive CMS, and gives St Luke’s a digital presence that truly represents its ethos. The updated logo and photography complete the refreshed identity — a cohesive, inspiring platform that celebrates the school’s values and strengthens its connection within the trust.
